Shipping policy
We provide shipping and delivery of our products all over India subject to the recent logistical restrictions imposed by the govt. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. - For all Cash on Delivery Orders, Rs.100 shipping fee will be applied .
- For Prepaid Orders below Rs.499, you will be charged Rs.40.
- For all prepaid orders of Rs.499 and above Shipping will be free.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- We usually dispatch our orders within 1 - 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email or sms with the details of the tracking number and the details of the logistics partner.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Damaged or Tampered Delivery?
- In the event that the outer packaging is Damaged or tampered then please do not accept the package of any item from the courier/delivery person. Please take a picture and contact our customer care number - 1800 1234 808.
